Who Can Join?

Individuals: Current and former CPAs, persons pursuing the CPA credential, and college or university accounting students.

CPA Firms: Any CPA firm that has at least one 星际网赌 Voting member. Learn more about CPA Firm membership

Membership in the Oregon Society of CPAs is renewable annually on April 1. Dues are prorated based on your join date.

Active / Owner

Annual Dues: $425

Members in public practice, who live or work in Oregon, have ownership in a public accounting firm, and whose original CPA certificate is dated more than six years prior to the start of the fiscal year.

Active / Other

Annual Dues: $350

Members employed in industry, education, government, and public accounting (who do not meet the criteria listed in the Active / Owner category) who live or work in Oregon and either hold a certificate as a certified public accountant under the laws of any state or has held a certificate at some point, and that certificate has not been revoked for disciplinary reasons or actions.

Associate Out-of-State

Annual Dues: $230

Any member who holds a certificate as a CPA from any state or U.S. territory, but lives outside of Oregon and, if working, is employed by or owns a business that is located outside of Oregon.

Associate Uncertified

Annual Dues: $230

Any member who (a) has passed the Uniform CPA Examination but has not qualified in other respects to receive the certificate.

CPA Candidate

Annual Dues: $85

Members who have graduated from a college or university and are pursuing successful completion of the Uniform CPA Examination, may apply to the Society for membership.

Student

Annual Dues: $0 (it's free!)

Members who are not eligible for CPA Candidate, Associate, Active or Temporarily Left Workforce status and who are at least 18 years old and a part-time or full-time student at a college or university with an emphasis in accounting or related business field.

Retired

Annual Dues: $85

Members who hold or have held a CPA certificate, who live or work in Oregon and have retired. Members working less than an average of twenty hours per week calculated on an annual basis may still qualify for Retired membership.
